The FS5000 is a fully automatic machine for tube filling and sealing, including automatic bottle feeding → tube alignment → filling → ultrasonic sealing → cutting and trimming → outputting, smooth production flow. The machine is equipped with a color touch screen panel with an easy-to-operate and humanized design.

Suitable for 5-200ml capacity filling and sealing, the module bottle size and filling speed can be adjusted according to the production requirements to meet the high production capacity.

More customized functions can be added, such as a date coder to print product batch number or date at the end of the sealing process. Highly flexible to meet customers' needs and achieve their best production performance.

The machine combines a variety of stations, and each station is designed as a stand-alone, all-in-one machine to save space in the production area significantly.
* Tube alignment system: Adopt high-class sensor, automatic positioning control, so that the product filling and sealing direction is consistent and can be precisely sensed; every bottle will be filled without exception.

* Quantitative filling module: The filling tubes that contact the filling content are made of stainless steel SUS 316, which meets the safety and hygiene standards. It is designed to start filling from the bottom of the tube to prevent air buried at the bottom of the tube to grasp the precise filling volume, effectively avoiding the material overflow.

* Ultrasonic sealing: precise and tight ultrasonic sealing, using the vibration of ultrasonic frequency to transform the energy into friction, instantly sealing and avoiding the risk of high heat transmission, ensuring that the contents of the tubes are not affected.

* Cutting and trimming: precise cutting and trimming to make your finished products more beautiful and to maintain the quality of the product while increasing¬¬ the productivity


The machine design is beautiful and simple. The main structure is made of s/s SUS #304 and some aluminum alloy, which is precise and stable, durable, high quality, and easy to maintain.
It is equipped with safety control, stainless steel door, and cover to ensure the safety of personnel operation and prevent the entry of foreign objects, effectively ensuring the cleanliness of the machine.
The stainless steel case is specially designed with moving wheels to facilitate the movement of the machine and make the production line planning more flexible.
